Not at all. Gayle works with people at all stages of their spiritual journey — from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. The mountain meets you exactly where you are.
Gayle's calendar fills quickly, especially during peak seasons (spring through fall). We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks in advance, though last-minute openings do occasionally arise.
Yes. Private healing sessions are available remotely via video call for those who cannot travel to Mount Shasta. The energy of the mountain and Gayle's transmissions are not limited by physical distance.
Come with an open heart and an open mind. For in-person sessions, wear comfortable layers as mountain weather can change. Bring water, a journal, and any personal sacred objects you feel called to include. Gayle will provide all healing tools.
